Criteria for Joining

• Minimum total annual electricity usage of 100,000 kWh to be eligible for Partnership.
• Commitment to purchasing green power that meets or exceeds the Partnership's minimum usage requirements.
• Green power must be sourced from eligible U.S.-based generation facilities.

How to Join

Homeowners can join the Green Power Partnership by purchasing green energy for their home’s electricity needs. Green electricity must be purchased that meets or exceeds the association’s minimum usage requirements based on the amount of electricity consumed each year.

Why the Program is Needed

The project is needed to increase the demand for green energy, which in turn helps the development of new renewable energy sources across the country. This helps reduce the environmental impact associated with electricity generation.
